Conditions of Entry

Instructions on "How to
Enter" form part of these
Conditions of Entry. The
competition is open to all
residents of Australia
except employees of the
Promoter, their immediate
families and agencies
associated with this
promotion.
2.
The promotion commences 13th
November 2006 and closes
last mail received 2nd March
2007. To enter purchase 2
packs of any Cat's Choice
Cat Litter. This applies to
Cat's Choice Clay 5ltr,
Cat's Choice Cat Litter 3kg
and Cat's Choice Crystals
2.5kg.
Send in the 2 barcodes from
your Cat's Choice Cat Litter
products along with your
name, address, daytime
contact phone number and
tell us in 25 words or less
why Cat's Choice is the best
for your pet. Send
your completed entry in a
stamped envelop to Cat's
Choice Competition, PO Box
473, Eastern Suburbs MC NSW
1225.
Multiple entries accepted
but each entry must contain
2 original barcodes, must be
unique and must be posted in
a separate stamped
envelope. This is a game of
skill and chance plays no
part in determining the
winner. Each entry will be
individually judged based on
literary and creative merit.
The judges' decision is
final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
3.
The promotion will be judged
by a panel of judges
appointed by the Promoter,
judging will take place at
the Promoters premises and
will begin at 11am on 5th
March 2007. Winners will be
notified by phone and mail
using contact details
provided in their entries.
4.
The best 10 entries, as
determined by the judges,
will each win a Cat's Choice
Summer Pack valued at $100.
Total prize pool is $1000.
Each prize will be mailed to
the winner. Prize is not
transferable or
exchangeable. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility
for any tax implications or
warranties that may arise
from the prize winnings.
Independent financial advice
should be sought.
5.
The Promoter accepts no
responsibility for late,
lost or misdirected mail.
6.
All entries become the
property of the Promoter.
7.
The collection, use and
disclosure of personal
information provided in
connection with this
competition are governed by
the Privacy Notice. The
Privacy Notice states if you
provide information about
yourself to the Promoter,
the Promoter may use the
information for promotional
purposes and/or contact you
if you are the winners. The
Promoter will not use this
information to contact you
with the products or
services of the Promoter nor
give your information to
other organizations.
